Global routes and route selection
120+ countries / 220+ routes. Choose an exit region first, then compare IEPL, relay, and direct connection options.
The exit region determines the network location websites see; the route type describes the path between your device and that exit. They are separate settings. For services limited to a particular region, choose an exit that meets the service's requirements. For browsing or research, you can start by trying a nearby region. Don't rely on route names alone: check whether pages load properly and files transfer reliably.
The table below shows sample route combinations, not live connection results. IEPL routes are worth considering when consistent connectivity is a priority; relay routes connect through an access node to the exit; direct routes depend more on your local network and international path. Performance may vary between day and evening, and between home and public networks. For a useful comparison, keep the same device and destination website, and change one route at a time to identify what affects the connection.
| Country or region | City | Route type | Streaming |

Routes, privacy policy, devices, and use cases are explained separately. Select an item to see what it does and where its limits are; the interface preview on the right corresponds to that item.
Peak-hour performance depends on your local connection, cross-border route, and destination service. A single speed test is not a reliable indicator of long-term performance. VPNPart offers IEPL, relay, and direct routes so you can compare different paths for the same exit requirement. If video buffers or a long-lived connection drops, keep your current client configuration and switch routes to see whether the same task recovers. If the issue persists after changing local networks, note the time and route name and submit a support ticket. Route types help guide your choice; they do not guarantee speed across all network environments.

VPNPart follows a no-logs policy; see the Privacy Policy for details on data handling. When using a subscription service, distinguish your network connection from your website account: a route can change your access path, but websites may still identify a session based on login status, browser settings, and their own policies. Treat your subscription link as account information. Don't post it on public forums, in screenshots, or in code repositories. Before sharing configuration details for troubleshooting, hide the full link and account information. You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Keep your login credentials safe.

Use an unlimited number of devices at the same time, whether you're switching between a desktop, laptop, or mobile device. Install the appropriate client on each device, then log in to the user panel to get your subscription. After importing it, check the route and proxy mode on each device. Unlimited devices refers to the number of connected devices, not unlimited plan data. With multiple devices, account for browsing, video, and file transfers across all of them rather than relying on one device's local usage stats. After replacing a device or reinstalling a client, check the subscription configuration and plan status in the panel again.
- Unlimited devices
- Configure each device separately
- Monitor your plan's data balance
When using ChatGPT, Claude, or coding assistants, a webpage loading successfully doesn't mean every request follows the same route. Browsers, desktop apps, and command-line tools may each use system proxy settings or environment variables differently. Check the target tool's region and account requirements first, then choose an appropriate exit. Keep the route consistent during long conversations and code completion when possible. If the browser works but your editor doesn't, check the app's proxy settings before refreshing your subscription. A network subscription does not include third-party tool memberships, usage credits, or account eligibility; those are determined by the tool provider.

- App proxy
- Check long-lived connections
Streaming requires a compatible platform account, content region, and network connection; the exit name alone can't tell you which catalog or video quality will be available. After choosing a route for the target region, check the region and playback messages shown by the platform, then see whether the video keeps loading. If only one title is unavailable, check its licensing region rather than assuming the client is at fault. VPNPart offers international routes to choose from; check actual platform compatibility yourself. Switching routes may require starting a new playback session. A network subscription doesn't include streaming memberships or guarantee that a particular catalog will remain available.

VPNPart offers a 30-day refund policy; see the Terms of Service for the full terms. Before choosing a plan, consider your usual devices, target services, and approximate data needs. After activation, test it on the networks you use day to day instead of checking only whether a single webpage opens. If the service doesn't meet your needs, submit a request through the ticket portal in the user panel and include order details that can help identify the purchase. Don't submit account credentials or a full subscription link as a public attachment. Plan pricing, data rules, and refund terms are listed separately so you can review each before use.

VPN downloads and client setup
All client downloads are available through the user panel. Log in to get your subscription there, then import it into the client for your platform.
Get the client, then import your subscription
Clients are available after login, except on iOS, where access depends on your current plan status in the panel. Once installed, copy your subscription from the panel and add it using the client's subscription import option. Don't use a webpage address as a subscription link or use someone else's account configuration. After updating your subscription, check that the client displays a route list, then choose an exit and connect.
Separate connection checks from rule setup
For your first session, check that your usual websites load before setting up app routing. Browsers, desktop apps, and command-line tools may handle system proxy settings differently. If one app can't connect, check its proxy settings first. If a mobile device disconnects in the background, check its background activity and battery settings. Follow the setup guide for the full sequence, then use the troubleshooting guide to work through more complex issues.
Monthly plans and data packages
Choose a tier based on your usage. Device count isn't a pricing factor; all monthly plans support unlimited devices.
Monthly plan · 60GB
¥9.9 /month
For browsing, research, and everyday messaging, with video and large file transfers kept in check.
- 60GB / month
- Unlimited devices
- 30-day refund policy
Monthly plan · 250GB
¥18 /month
For alternating between browsing, development tools, and video. Use your actual data usage to guide your choice rather than estimating from hours online each day.
- 250GB / month
- Unlimited devices
- 30-day refund policy
Monthly plan · 500GB
¥28 /month
For frequent video and file transfers, or regular use across multiple devices. Data is capped, so keep an eye on your balance in the panel.
- 500GB / month
- Unlimited devices
- 30-day refund policy
Data packages: use until depleted, never expire
¥158 / 300GB · ¥358 / 1000GB · ¥658 / 3000GB
If your usage is irregular or you transfer a lot of data occasionally, compare data packages with monthly plans. Data packages are usage-based and never expire; monthly plan data resets on the activation date each month. Each option suits a different usage pattern. Monthly plan data does not carry over indefinitely.
When upgrading a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Before choosing, check the plan type, data allowance, and reset schedule. Payment is supported via Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. If you're unsure how much data you need, first check actual usage on your devices before moving to a higher tier. Even with the same time online, video quality, file sizes, and background sync can all affect data usage.

Check your account, data balance, and app settings before deciding whether to switch routes.
Do I need an email address to create an account?
No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Keep your credentials safe and don't reuse passwords from other websites. After logging in, get your subscription and client downloads from the user panel; static information pages don't show your personal subscription. If you ask someone for help, hide your account information and full subscription link to prevent them from being shared.
Does unlimited devices mean unlimited data?
No. Unlimited devices means there's no limit on the number of devices online at once; data is still capped by your selected plan. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets each month on the activation date. When using multiple devices, check your plan balance in the panel rather than estimating total usage from one client's local stats.
I'm connected, but an app still won't open. What should I check?
First, check whether a regular webpage loads. Then see whether the app uses the system proxy, needs its own proxy settings, or requires a client routing rule that matches the destination service. If only one app fails, check its configuration and account region requirements first. If all connections are affected, check your subscription status, local network, and route selection. Change one setting at a time and keep any error messages so you can pinpoint the cause.
Will AI tools and streaming services always work?
Check the target service's current rules and actual results. International routes provide a network path; they don't replace third-party accounts, memberships, content rights, or regional requirements. For AI tools, check proxy settings separately in your browser, desktop app, and command line. For streaming, check the exit region and actual playback messages. Repeatedly switching exits may not resolve account or content restrictions.
What are the refund and payment options?
VPNPart offers a 30-day refund policy and accepts Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. See the Terms of Service for full refund terms. To request a refund, log in to the user panel and submit relevant order details through a support ticket. For connection issues, you can also include your platform, client error message, route name, and the circumstances of the issue to help distinguish network problems from configuration issues. Don't attach a full subscription link that can be accessed publicly.
